Dr. Tashawna “Nikki” Hill, our dedicated Ready Start Specialist, has served the Tangipahoa Parish School System for 15 years. With a BS in Early Childhood Education and a Masters and Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Nikki's leadership spans various roles, including curriculum specialist and principal. A passionate advocate for diverse learners, she fosters deep professional relationships to achieve common goals. Outside work, Nikki is a proud mom who enjoys reading Christian books, socializing, volunteering, and shopping, demonstrating her commitment to people, especially young women and children.
