Carmen Brabham, our dedicated Early Childhood Coordinator, boasts 22 years of service to children and families in Tangipahoa Parish. A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and a Nationally Board Certified teacher, Carmen's journey began as a first-grade teacher at Midway Elementary School. With roles as a mentor teacher, teacher leader, and administrative positions, she has been instrumental in the growth of Early Childhood Care and Education in Tangipahoa Parish. Carmen's passion for quality programs and expanded access is reflected in the success of the Early Childhood Community Network, where she now leads a team of eight professionals making a positive impact on teachers, families, and the community.
In her personal life, Carmen, along with her husband Jason Brabham, values family time, cooking, fishing, farming, music, and outdoor adventures. Their three adult children, Dalton and his wife, Katelin, Caylon, and Carlon, complete their joyous family.
